Hive Creative Kids – Painting with Wool
Tuesday 22 September | 10am–12 noon
Discover a whole new way to “paint” at our Hive Creative Kids school holiday workshop!
Inspired by the colourful world of textile art, young artists will use wool and yarn instead of paint to build their pictures line by line. Kids can create their own colourful landscape, animal, flowers or imaginative design, experimenting with the way yarn can be curved, layered and arranged to create shapes, patterns and texture.
This fun, hands-on workshop is a wonderful opportunity to explore colour, composition and texture while developing patience, fine motor skills and creative confidence.
Best of all, everyone will take home their own unique wool artwork ready to display.

We take some photos and videos to use as promotional material. By booking into one of our workshops or classes you are giving your consent for us to use these images that you may be included in. We completely respect everyone’s right to choose privacy, so please let us know before the session if you don't wish you or your child to be included in any photos.
Credits will not be issued for last minute cancellations. Please advise 24 hours before the class if your child is unable to attend due to illness. Credits will apply for a future workshop.
