Roz Perugino is a Currumbin-based ceramic artist whose practice celebrates the beauty of handmade objects and the tactile pleasure of working with clay. Through her ceramics, Roz explores form, texture and function, creating pieces that carry the warmth and individuality of the maker’s hand.

Working from her local studio, Perugino Pottery, Roz creates both functional and decorative ceramics, drawing inspiration from the natural environment, everyday rituals and the simple joy of making. Her work embraces the organic and imperfect qualities of clay, with each piece developing its own unique character through the making and firing process.

Roz is also a passionate teacher who enjoys sharing her knowledge through hands-on ceramic workshops. Her relaxed and encouraging approach makes working with clay accessible to beginners while giving participants the freedom to experiment, learn new skills and create something uniquely their own.
